Every consultancy is designed with the client, for the client. I recognise the need to tailor each consultancy to meet the needs of different conservation areas and projects. I never assume what is right for one project or country will be right for another. I ADAPT each consultancy to your specific needs and context.

Working with organisations side by side I ensure knowledge is TRANSFERRED  not only from me to project staff, but within and across ogranisations.  Coaching and mentoring and the development and implementation of appropriate and user-friendly systems and processes, are a huge part of my consulting process. PRACTICAL CONSULTING

Aligning consultancies with management systems and not trying to fit the management systems with the consultancies is a core philosophy of my working approach. My consultancies are MANAGEMENT-RELEVANT to the conservation area or project and their staff.
