Mentoring and coaching has formed a huge part of my experience over the decades, Leading conservation- related institutions undergoing change, growth, restructuring, or simply a desire to improve their effectiveness, I advise on organisational systems and processes, including HR structures, and develop mentoring programmes for the effective and smooth the transition for all involved.

A patient, relaxed and knowledgeable trainer, whether though training workshops and seminars or on-the job training, I focus on a hands-on, learn by doing approach. Through focused and guided activities as well as tailored sessions to suit the level of participants, trainees will leave feeling capable and confident to put into practice their new skills and knowledge. I have trained project staff, governments, scientists and many others in a variety of areas from planning, programme development, field data collection and analyses, workshop facilitation and many other protected area and conservation management topics.
