A business-minded conservation practitioner, experienced in developing Protected Areas site level and national level sustainable financing plans, as well as guidelines for their development. I am experienced in developing a REDD+ PIN and a carbon model for a Protected Area and have been involved in research and national committees for carbon financing and climate change as they relate to protected areas. I am highly experienced in writing and implementing large bilateral donor project grants. Maximizing efficiency without jeopardizing effectiveness is core to all aspects of my consulting work and I bring with me a unique business perspective to all my conservation work.
